Job Description

The HR Coordinator will provide support with administrative tasks, projects and daily activities to support the Human Resource department. Experience working in HR in the following Industries: Manufacturing, Healthcare and Food/Beverage.

  • Tracking open positions and posting positions in Applicant Tracking System
  • Conducts Background and/or Drug screenings
  • E-Verify/I-9 processing
  • Employment verifications
  • Extends candidate offers and completes new hire paperwork
  • Conducts new hire orientation
  • Maintains and updates personnel files
  • Assists with Payroll-electronic and manual
  • Knowledge of Union employees/payroll a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
